I'm not even gonna talk about the collapse of the Canucks in this one. I'm not going to talk about Roberto Luongo giving up 8 goals or how the Bruins finally solved their special teams struggle (4 goals; 2 pp 2 sh). I'm not gonna discuss that this was the most goals since 1942 and 1936 (DET beat TOR 9-4 and TOR beat DET 9-3) and last time 8 was scored in a Finals game was 1996 when Colorado beat Florida 8-1. 3 Goals were scored in the last 3 minutes. All by Boston.
Oh and did I mention the finger taunting?
This was one of the most violent Stanley Cup Games in recent history. And it all started with the hit discussed here. The hits were so many even goalie Tim Thomas wanted to get in on the action!

And predictably, a game like this gets out of hand scoring wise as well. Which is exactly what happened. But here's a look at tonights penalty chart.
Count em 7 game misconducts. Don't know if this will result in more suspensions. We'll have to wait and see about that. And here was some nasty moments from the game as well.

So a pretty good/annoying night for hockey depending on how you look at it. If you're a Bruins fan you saw nothing go wrong with the game except for Horton's injury. If you're a Vancouver fan you think the Bruins should all be electrocuted for their dirty play along with their ignorant fans. And if you're a hockey fan you enjoyed one helluva hockey game.
I asked at the end of my game 2 review how game 3 would top it. Well it did.
SO HOW WILL GAME 4 TOP THIS?
